چکیده
Atmospheric rainfall is one of the major sources water and nutrient inputs in forest stands. Understanding atmospheric partitioning hydrochemical fluxes stands critical for management monitoring regional pollution, especially high N deposition regions. In this study, annual collections were implemented to investigate partitioning, element concentrations, an evergreen coniferous (ECF) stand, a deciduous broadleaved (DBF) open area field (OAF) region, China. Rainfall ECF DBF was partitioned into throughfall, stemflow, interception loss, which accounted 74.7%, 4.8%, 20.5% gross respectively; 79.8%, 5.8%, 14.4% respectively. physical chemical characteristics varied with stand type. The amount throughfall stemflow lower than that stand; loss higher stand. Element concentrations increased as passed through canopies region. pH NO3−-N, Cl−, SO42−-S those K+, Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+ NH4+-N inorganic 52.7 kg ha−1 year−1 OAF, 110.9 99.6 15.1% 19.2% present given similar meteorological conditions, differences between could largely be attributed their characteristics. results study will facilitate greater understanding nitrogen

Sinks for Inorganic Nitrogen Deposition in Forest Ecosystems with Low and High Nitrogen Deposition in China
We added the stable isotope (15)N in the form of ((15)NH4)2SO4 and K(15)NO3 to forest ecosystems in eastern China under two different N deposition levels to study the fate of the different forms of deposited N. Prior to the addition of the (15)N tracers, the natural (15)N abundance ranging from -3.4‰ to +10.9‰ in the forest under heavy N deposition at Dinghushan (DHS), and from -3.92‰ to +7.25‰...
متن کاملIndirect estimations and spatial variation in leaf area index of coniferous, deciduous and mixed forest stands in Forsmark and Laxemar
Two sites in Sweden are investigated for a potential deep repository of the nuclear waste, the Laxemar investigation area (57°5’N, 16°7’E) and the Forsmark investigation area (60°4’N, 18°2’E). In the characterisation of these sites, development of site descriptive models is an important part. Leaves are the main surface were an exchange of matter and energy between the atmosphere and the biosph...

15 صفحه اولComparative analysis of IKONOS, SPOT, and ETM+ data for leaf area index estimation in temperate coniferous and deciduous forest stands
The increasing number of sensor types for terrestrial remote sensing has necessitated supplementary efforts to evaluate and standardize data from the different available sensors. In this study, we assess the potential use of IKONOS, ETM+, and SPOT HRVIR sensors for leaf area index (LAI) estimation in forest stands. In situ measurements of LAI in 28 coniferous and deciduous stands are compared t...
متن کاملAccessing the impacts of bamboo expansion on NPP and N cycling in evergreen broadleaved forest in subtropical China
Bamboo (Phyllostachys pubescens) expansion into adjacent forests is a widespread phenomenon in subtropical regions, and it has greatly changed the dominance hierarchy from trees to bamboos. This process may be accompanied by changes in productivity, nutrients accumulation and biogeochemical cycles. We compared the net primary production (NPP) and major pools and fluxes of nitrogen (N) in bamboo...
